How It Works

Three steps. Set up once, then track in seconds a day — on paper, in Excel, or in the app. Every format works the same way.

  1. Set Up Once

Define your symptom columns a single time using simple codes — body parts, sensations, and cognitive symptoms from the included decoder key. Fill in your medical baseline pages (diagnoses, doctors, medications) once, and they're done. On a hard day, hand the setup pages to a family member, friend, or caregiver — they're designed to be filled out by someone else.

  2. Track Daily — With Zero Narrative Writing

Each day, mark your symptoms on a 24-hour visual timeline using single letters and numbers — no paragraphs, no essays, no handwriting marathons. In the app, a guided question flow asks and you tap; it builds your day for you. Daily logging takes seconds to minutes, even on bad days.

  3. Share Clear, Honest Records

Your totals are anchored to a strict 24-hour day, so overlapping symptoms can never inflate your hours. The Excel workbook adds automatic scoring, charts, and a period summary that ranks your worst, average, and best days. The app generates printable reports for appointments. Bring organized records your doctors, lawyers, and reviewers can easily follow.

The Rules That Protect You

Honest math

No matter how many symptoms collide in a single 30-minute block, your totals never exceed real time. Sleep is logged as sleep — never combined with an incapacitation level.

Two-day grace period

Too sick to track? You get two days to back-fill. After that, missed days are simply marked "not entered" — they never count against you.

Flare marking is your choice

Mark flares however works for you — a highlighter, a colored pen, or a star. No special setup required.

Your data stays yours

The app works offline and keeps everything on your own device — no accounts, no cloud, no tracking. Your Excel data stays in your file.
